I had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was walking distance to many areas I wanted to explore. The hotel had a newer, large HD TV, which allowed me to keep up with the day's news while I worked. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to handle special billing requests for our group during a busy holiday event. Additionally, the service, room amenities, and dining options were all top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance in Chicago. The location was perfect for my weekend getaway, as it was centrally located and convenient for exploring the city. The check-in staff were always helpful and attentive to my needs. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, although it could have been livelier with some music. The rooms were clean and of a decent size, with basic coffee and tea facilities provided. I especially loved the view from my room, overlooking the famous Chicago theater and parts of the city. The pool and gym were satisfactory, although it would have been nice to have a spa or sauna available. I also enjoyed the cool bar on level 3, with both indoor and outdoor seating, great service, and a good selection of bites and drinks. it was a good stay with a central location and nice service.

I was able to see the famous Chicago theater and parts of the city from my room, which was great. However, I was disappointed that the bar on Monday, which happened to be Columbus day, only opened at 4 pm, even though it was a magic day with a parade happening outside.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, right next to the L station and adjacent to the "elevated trains" in downtown. It made it so convenient to explore different areas of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always answering my questions with a smile. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the in-room dining and the 24-hour room service. This hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

Great location close to theatres, shopping mall and River North area. The staff was amazing - helpful, polite and always with a smile. Rooms and hotel were immaculate, and the decor was lovely. Loved the room amenities such as in-room safe, dining table, and terrace.

The hotel had a nice lobby with a trendy bar and a rooftop bar. The location was great, with easy access to the River Walk and a short walk to the Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff at this downtown hotel were fantastic, especially the spa staff! They surprised us with a thoughtful birthday card and cheese and wine tray. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The view of the river was spectacular. Great location, with cabs always available and walking distance to sights. Modern hotel decor and a good pool for the kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, providing fast check-in and check-out, and always answering our questions with a pleasant attitude. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views of the city. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily access downtown and all the bars without needing a cab. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool and bar, were top-notch. We also really appreciated the option of having decaf lattes with almond milk for breakfast, which is unusual but something we loved.
