I had a fantastic stay at Renaissance! The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The gym was top-notch and had everything I needed for a great workout. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were plenty of healthy options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The spa services at this hotel were excellent. I had a relaxing massage after a long day of business meetings and it was just what I needed. the therapists were skilled and the atmosphere was peaceful and calming. Additionally, the restaurant on-site served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the wings and Brussels sprouts with bacon. the staff was attentive and the service was outstanding.

There were several small issues during my stay that detracted from my overall experience. the hotel failed to provide enough cereal and fruit bowls during breakfast on multiple occasions.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the room had great features like a large shower head.

The room was fantastic, with a spacious layout and an incredibly comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, especially the fitness area, were top-notch. It had one of the best gyms I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even turned on the water slide after hours for my three-year-old. Additionally, they allowed us to check in three hours early, which was a lovely surprise. The attached full-size fitness center was impressive, with a variety of amenities such as a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and racquetball courts. The pool, kids water play, and on-site restaurant were also excellent.

The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a spa and a swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

The only downside is that there is no beach nearby. However, this place more than makes up for it with its luxurious amenities and quality services.

The hotel is located near a business district and offers plenty of free parking. The fitness center is impressive with a basketball court and a spa. The rooms are comfortable and clean with nice design and good service.

We enjoyed the complementary fridge and rollaway in the room, and the impeccable service provided by Elizabeth at check-in. the gym was a great advantage with a full-sized fitness center, multi-hoop basketball/volleyball court, and fitness classes. the location was key, with many amenities nearby.

The restaurant was a bit pricey, and the breakfast wasn't worth the cost. the disorganization and lack of attention to detail in the restaurant was also a disappointment.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel provided easy access to the community, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture and well-maintained grounds. We especially enjoyed the parents night out event that was happening during our stay, which created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff at this hotel were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They quickly learned our names and were always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected and plan our daily activities. The hotel also had excellent dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast staff, in particular, impressed us with their efficiency and friendliness, even when they were busy on a Sunday morning. our stay at this hotel was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I found two impressive features that stood out to me. the gym is outstanding, with top, of, the, line equipment and a spacious layout. It was a great place to get in a workout during my stay. Secondly, the restaurant offered a delicious variety of healthy options, and the service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing. the location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was situated in a business/industrial area with limited nearby attractions.

Welcoming front desk, outstanding dining, perfect gym facility, great workout class offerings. Staff went above and beyond, accommodating and kind, let us check in early, turned on water slide for our child. Spacious, clean, and quiet room. Enjoyed bar/restaurant in lobby, indoor sauna, and hot tub.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was amazing! The location was perfect, right in the midst of many great restaurants and business districts and not far from the beach. The customer service was spot on and the staff greeted me with smiles. They offer a great range of services such as room service, wedding services, tours/ticket assistance, and even wake up service. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The leisure spa and wellness center was a plus, offering a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace was incredible and had heated swimming pools with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent location near Laguna Beach. Beautiful outdoor bar with fire pits, delicious food. World-class gym facilities and pools. Met a hall of fame baseball player in the bar - a delightful surprise. Great menu for athletes and yummy choices.
