The Renaissance is a beautiful hotel with great valet parking and comfortable rooms. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown attractions.

Service for room service breakfast was extremely slow and disorganized. Despite ordering well in advance, the food did not arrive on time, causing unnecessary stress before an important exam.

Despite calling the front desk, the loud noise from people and traffic in the hallways outside our room continued for over 30 minutes, causing disturbance and preventing a good night's sleep. It is unfortunate that the hotel did not take these complaints seriously and prioritize the comfort of all guests.

The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in process smooth. The hotel is upscale, with a gorgeous facility and clean rooms. The downtown attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is right on the river and close to the convention center.

We had a great stay at this luxury hotel. The location was ideal for our afternoon at the Legacy Museum, which is a must-visit when in this area. It was also an easy walk to area restaurants in downtown. The service was top-notch, as the friendly staff quickly took our items to our room and promptly attended to our needs. Additionally, the room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were a great perk, and the free Wi-Fi was a convenient feature. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to family and friends.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included, as other hotels in this price range offer complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the coffee machine in our room didn't work, although we did receive a voucher to use at the Coffee Shop.
