The location of this hotel is truly breathtaking. Situated on a small hill in the middle of an ancient caldera, it offers stunning views of the valley below. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a huge bathroom and shower area. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with friendly and accommodating staff members. The breakfast included in the rate was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of local produce. this hotel is a luxurious and quiet retreat, perfect for relaxation.

Lovely setting and comfortable rooms. The Christmas decoration was nice, and the food served in the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities.

The staff needs to improve their service. They were distant and unfriendly, and we felt like we were bothering them with our requests. The location was quite isolated, and it was a challenge to find things to do in the area. it was not a good value for the high price we paid.

The hotel is a perfect getaway for adventure travelers, with exceptional facilities and activities like exploring the Mallorquin mountains. The rooms offer impeccable comfort and the pool is spectacular for relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful, adding to the overall experience.

Our recent luxury stay at this hotel was truly magnificent. The luxurious amenities were more than enough to fulfill all of our needs. The spa and wellness center provided the best body scrub and full body massage. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to catch some sun, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The restaurant offered a splendid outdoor dining area and delicious buffet breakfast. We loved the location advantages, with stunning views of the gardens and territory.

The only downside we experienced was the slow service during dinner at the restaurant. Otherwise, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
