Couldn’t fault

We stayed at Renaissance for our 3-year anniversary and it was perfect! The location is great, close to downtown. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Janeth, our server, went above and beyond by surprising me with a small birthday celebration. Raina from the staff took care of a minor issue in our room immediately. The whole vibe of the hotel is relaxing and beautiful. They even upgraded all the rooms to free wifi for our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering a suite with a pool view at no extra cost when the room we had requested was not available. They even provided us with breakfast vouchers for the third person in our group. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The pool area was inviting and the hotel had a nice ambience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs and close to the airport with a free shuttle service.

renaissance palm springs exceeded my expectations! staff was helpful, from loading my mom's power chair to friendly restaurant service. loved the plush design, firepit bar, and relaxing poolside. free shuttle was handy. would stay here again!

Room was a little dark.

This hotel was a great value for money. Not only was there attention to detail, but the rooms were kept very clean, with a nice view from the balcony. The service from the staff was fantastic, and included breakfast was a great perk.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

The hotel had a pleasant ambience and the staff were friendly and professional. The room with a balcony and pool view was fantastic, and the AC worked flawlessly. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. The outdoor pool was big and clean, with plenty of seating available. The complimentary full buffet breakfast on Memorial Day was a nice touch, and the hotel's location was a quick walk away from the main strip.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is in walking distance to the downtown area and is a great value for the price. Guests enjoy a pool area with ample towels, iced water, and comfortable lounge chairs. The hotel also offers a decent breakfast, and attentive housekeeping. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with powerful air conditioning and modern amenities.

Some renovations may be needed for certain areas of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beds were huge and super comfy. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and towels provided. The pool itself was massive and the view from the 4th floor was incredible. The staff were exceptional, especially Carlos in the valet section who had an outgoing personality and represented the hotel perfectly. We felt rested and relaxed during our stay, whether we were laying by the pool or enjoying the comfortable bedding. Everything was impeccable.

The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel's location is convenient, with beautiful outdoor areas and a variety of leisure and dining options. The room had amazing views, and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and despite informing the front desk early, the issue was not resolved promptly. This significantly impacted our experience and comfort during the stay.

We stayed at Renaissance for a family vacation. The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The pool staff was hardworking and could have used more help. The hotel is conveniently located near the main strip and offers a convenient airport shuttle. The pool area was enjoyable with clean pools and attentive wait staff. Parking was plentiful and the hotel's proximity to the movie theater was a bonus. a great experience.

We loved our stay at the Renaissance! The central location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore downtown Palm Springs and enjoy the nearby casino. The hotel lobby was impressive, with various seating areas that set a nice ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One highlight was the affordable buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start our days. The hotel decor and rooms were also quite decent, making our mini getaway even more enjoyable. We were even upgraded to a suite when we had issues with the AC in our original room, which was a nice gesture from the staff. Another plus was being on the 5th floor and having a fridge available. the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel provided a fantastic experience.

During my business trip, I appreciated the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. the location was also very convenient as it was close to several restaurants and shops. the best aspect of my stay was the comfortable bed which allowed me to get a good night's sleep before my long day of meetings.

The room had a bit of a musty smell which was not pleasant. the air conditioning unit was very loud and disruptive.

I gotta say, we definitely got our money's worth at the Renaissance Palm Springs. The room was amazing, with huge, super comfy beds and an incredible view from the 4th Floor. Plus, the staff treated us like VIPs, especially the greeters and front desk employees.

The only thing that could've made breakfast better was more variety in the food options.
