The room at Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel was amazing. I loved the comfy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The stylish marble bathroom with designer toiletries made me feel like I was in a luxury spa. And the view of the Rhode Island State Capitol from the room was breathtaking.

I wish there were more dining options within the hotel.

As someone attending the Newport Jazz Festival, this place was ideal. It was also perfect for Brown University alumni/graduation weekend. The service was top-notch, with helpful and informative staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The amenities were excellent, including amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. I appreciated the added touches, like a mini-bar and turndown service. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, which were both welcoming and provided delicious food and drinks. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with an incredible view of the Rhode Island Capitol building right in the downtown area next to the Rhode Island State House. The staff here are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a bottle of fizz on ice and a bowl of strawberries in our room. Such a thoughtful gesture!

The location in this incredible area allowed me to walk to all downtown sights and explore the commercial area with its great restaurants and the amazing used bookstore, Cellar Stories. We had a luxurious stay in a spacious and beautifully converted Masonic Temple. The room was comfortable, with a mini-fridge, and the bathroom was clean with Aveda products. The hip bar/restaurant was a plus. Walking distance from downtown. we recommend this hotel.

We loved how we could walk everywhere and even catch a show at 'the Vets', which was conveniently attached to the hotel. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. They allowed us a late check out and provided us with helpful directions and suggestions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of the state house was incredible. We also enjoyed dining at the Public Kitchen Restaurant, which offered delicious food.
