As a business traveler, I loved the convenient location right next to a good mall with high-end and regular stores. The hotel had a gorgeous foyer with designer furniture, and the staff were extremely helpful. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had luxurious products. The complimentary airport shuttle and free WiFi through the Marriott rewards program were great perks. The breakfast buffet, though not included in the room rate, was of great quality with super fresh produce.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Theresa and Caitlin at the front desk, were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded us for our anniversary. The hotel exceeded our expectations, with a beautiful remodel and fantastic Club level rooms on the 7th and 8th floors. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, with made-to-order French toast. The location in the shopping plaza near the outdoor restaurant area and mall was very convenient.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I must say, the value for money at the Renaissance was totally worth it. The rooms were so comfortable and stylish, I felt like I could live there! The location was great too, with Bay Street right there for some nightlife and the mall next door. The staff were professional and made me feel so welcome.

The morning meal could have been better. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of breakfast items available, especially for those who arrived later like me.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of being located right next to a shopping center. It was so easy to walk over and explore the shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable space to relax during my stay. One of the best aspects was the friendly and prompt room service, with fresh and hot meals delivered right to my door.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. there was a mix-up with our room reservation, and we were initially given rooms with one king-size bed instead of the two queen beds we had booked for our family.

We stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and they helped us with a special request that made our trip memorable. The location of this place is very convenient and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy, including a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a variety of activities such as cycling, tennis. Our room was clean and well-appointed, with plenty of luxuries like the in-room safe, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities. The on-site dining restaurant was also delightful.
