The studio condo at Beaver Run Resort was like a home away from home, with a cozy fireplace and a private balcony for enjoying the mountain views. The full-size refrigerator and open floor plan made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of adventures in Breckenridge.

I wished the studio condo had a little more counter space in the kitchenette.

We took our 3 grandchildren - ages 9 and twin girls 7 years old - for a special visit after the loss of their dad just a year ago. They had a blast at Beaver Run Resort! The bed was comfortable, and we loved the easy access to private parking, spectacular mountain views, and nearby restaurants and shopping. The free shuttle to downtown was a bonus, and the pools and hot tubs were well-maintained. The full kitchen provided everything we needed.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the slopes with a main ski lift right next to it. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the bottom of Peak 9 where you can grab your skis from the room's locker. Getting around town was a breeze, thanks to the convenient shuttle service provided by the hotel. The basic amenities in the rooms were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and a great deal for just $15. The chef even cooked our eggs to order!

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Separate rooms for guests with pets. Came during a quiet week with helpful and nice staff. Resort has everything you need - hot tubs, bar, restaurant, indoor pool, game room. Comfortable bed and nice view. Great services, prompt responses, and easy shuttle service. Ski lockers convenient for quick access. Lots of activities available.

As young people, we loved the impressive range of amenities at this resort. The sauna, hot tubs, steam bath, and heated pool were exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The staff was super nice and helpful, and we appreciated that we could use the facilities even after checking out. Great value for money!

The shuttle service to and from downtown Breck is amazing; it made getting around so convenient. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and approachable. The location is within walking distance of some easy hiking trails. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and cozy fireplace. The resort has great amenities, including a heated pool and hot tubs.

the stay was okay. the pool was enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary water in the room. the hotel was conveniently located near downtown, and we were able to walk to many attractions. the view from the room was also impressive.

There were several negatives to the stay. the carpet was definitely showing wear and tear and appeared dirty.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to the ski area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a variety of amenities such as hot tubs and a game room for the kids. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better.

For us, it was ideal.

Ski-in ski-out location is unbeatable. Free shuttle service is really convenient. The on-site grocery store has everything one needs. Room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. I recommend this resort.

The rooms were spotless and decorated with comfortable furniture. We had a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The heated pool was amazing, especially swimming under the stars in the snow. Parking was convenient and the location allowed quick access to everything in the area. The perfect base for scenic drives.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to slopes and ski storage was convenient. the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice facility to have, especially after a long day of skiing. the hotel also had a shuttle service that made it easy to get around town.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the outdoor parking was limited and not suitable for larger vehicles.
