We loved the spacious suite on the 19th floor with incredible views. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless. Free WiFi, Netflix, and Hulu on the TV were a plus. The staff, especially William and Raymond, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was within walking distance to the Phillips Arena, which was convenient for us as a family with 2 small kids.

One drawback I experienced during my stay was that my room was not serviced at all during the five days I was there. I had to request toilet paper from the front desk as my room had run out.
