The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping places, making it easy to find a place to eat or shop. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering a relaxing getaway. The hotel also had convenient amenities such as a laundry facility, minimart, and pool for summertime relaxation. Ample parking was available near the main door, which was great for rainy or cold weather.

One downside was the lack of blankets in the hotel. When I requested new blankets due to a blood stain, the staff informed me that they only had one extra blanket in the entire hotel.

We had a confusing entrance experience, but once inside, the Residence Inn was perfectly nice and ideal for an extended stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. We especially enjoyed the bonus bag of microwave popcorn! The pet-friendly policy was a big plus, and the check-in process was super friendly and delightful.
