Great for a Christmas stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. it made for a pleasant Christmas experience.

One downside was that the noise from other doors could be heard. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite loud when it turned on.

Our stay at Residence Inn was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to my favorite restaurants. The staff, especially Collette and Kameryn, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

It was within a 5-minute drive to various food options, Whole Foods, and other shopping spots. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was great, with a comfortable king-size bed and a cozy fireplace. The amenities like the hairdryer, iron, and ironing board all worked perfectly. The breakfast was plentiful, and I loved the waffle bar with various toppings. it was a wonderful experience and I would certainly recommend Residence Inn to others.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. For instance, my shampoo wasn't replaced after the first night, but it didn't greatly impact my experience.

The location was convenient, being close to great restaurants in downtown. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with two separate bedrooms joined by a common living room and kitchen. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, including cereals and a waffle machine. The hotel also had a basketball court outside and a pool for some extra fun.

The hotel seemed to lack attention to detail in certain areas, such as providing double towels or resolving issues with missing shampoo in a timely manner.
