Convenient location near shops and metro. Enjoyed the breakfast, fast internet, and cleanliness. Helpful staff found and mailed my forgotten item. Separate bedroom and kitchenette were great, as was the comfortable king bed.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our group of friends as it was super close to the Metro and other cool locations downtown. We were able to easily walk to multiple restaurants and everything we needed to be. The spacious rooms with a small kitchen were a great advantage, allowing us to have snacks and drinks at our leisure. The staff was fabulous, with friendly front desk, valets, and breakfast servers.

The valet parking was a bit expensive for our taste.

Loved the helpful and friendly staff, they made us feel welcomed and accommodated our needs. the renovated rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, served by sweet ladies who kept everything tidy. the hotel's central and safe location was convenient for exploring the city.

One major downside was the presence of a smokers bench right outside the entrance, making it unbearable to enter the hotel at times. Even though there were signs instructing not to smoke near the door, the smell was still overwhelming.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was fantastic, and having a kitchen was a bonus for snacks and drinks. The location was great, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff was amazing, cheerful and friendly throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn Downtown for the second time and had a great experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a parking garage right behind it, which is convenient and affordable. The room was excellent, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and a small living room. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very quiet. The customer service was top-notch too, as they were able to locate and send me a sweater I had left behind. a fantastic stay!

The bedroom had a comfortable king-sized bed and an additional TV. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was, with no noise from other guests or from outside. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of dining options within walking distance and free public parking nearby. The breakfast provided was decent as well. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Residence Inn and would recommend it to others.

Superb location, very close to Metro and area with many restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. My room had a small kitchenette, which was great for preparing snacks. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Plus, the valet parking was handy.

My stay at the Residence Inn Downtown Bethesda was fantastic! I stayed for two nights and found everything to be perfect. The location of the hotel is excellent, with free public parking nearby and close proximity to shopping and the NIH. The suite was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. The hotel also provided fast internet, which was a bonus. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left a sweater in my room and they were able to locate it and mail it to me. a great experience!
