As someone with physical handicaps, I loved how accessible Residence Inn Boston Marlborough was. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They even provided a cozy couch for my little one to sleep on. The continental breakfast was great, and the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating, even at 1 a.m. when I needed an extra blanket.
