I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were friendly and accommodating, genuinely apologetic as well. The location is amazing, as it is very close to a shopping mall and the jetty to book tours. It is also conveniently located near Beach Street, which has a lot of great restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean room that had a comfy bed, a kettle, and a fridge. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a variety of food to choose from.

The coffee counter at the entrance is so inviting, and the balcony view is to die for. Rooftop breakfast with island views is a great idea. The location is convenient and it gets super quiet at night. The staff at reception are always helpful.

As foreign tourists, we loved the superb location of the hotel. It is conveniently situated right opposite Jesselton Point and the Suria Sabah shopping mall. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Filipino market, Gaya Sunday Morning Market, and other attractions within walking distance. The staff were very prompt and friendly, providing excellent in-room services like laundry. The rooftop swimming pool and gym were well-maintained, and we enjoyed dining at the rooftop bar. The Christmas caroling event in the lobby was a delightful surprise, beautifully orchestrated.

The location of Mercure was perfect for us, with only a short walk to the pier for island hopping and many local famed eateries. The room was spacious and comfortable, with ample space to store our luggage. The bed provided a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a strong WiFi signal, which allowed us to easily call a Grab from outside and escape to other parts of the city.

The hotel is very close to the port and right on the waterfront, making it convenient for boat trips to the islands. It is also located right next to Jessleton point, where you can easily catch a boat. The breakfast at the hotel was stunning, with fresh baguettes, croissants, and good coffee. The staff at this hotel were very friendly, polite, and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Even though the pool closes early at 8pm, I still managed to enjoy a refreshing swim after a long day of touring. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. I had a great stay at Mercure.

We loved staying at this place. The location was so convenient, right in the heart of everything. It was inside a shopping mall, which made it easy to find things we needed without ever leaving the building. The staff were amazing here, offering great room service and always willing to help us with anything we needed. The swimming pool on the rooftop was so relaxing, and we loved spending time there. The room was great too, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the staff had superb customer service skills.

We were overwhelmed by the hospitality and amenities offered. the complementary drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect for us as it was close to major attractions and popular dining spots. the rooftop pool and gym provided an excellent way to unwind and enjoy the stunning city view.

The parking system was a bit confusing, and the pool area could be more spacious to accommodate guests comfortably. the food and drink prices were elevated compared to local establishments.
