I stayed at Residence Inn in Boise for a weekend getaway with my partner. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with its variety and great taste. The staff was friendly and parking was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was generous. The hotel had a brand new feel, although it was a bit under furnished. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was a nice addition, and the staff was helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to Trader Joe's and many restaurants. The pet-friendly policy was a big plus. The hot tub was enjoyable and the 24/7 market came in handy. The outdoor areas were lovely, although we couldn't use them due to the weather. it was a positive experience.

The value for money at the Residence Inn was excellent, with a spacious suite, well-equipped kitchenette, and comfortable beds. The location was great, and the staff were super accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

Spacious and comfortable rooms were a definite highlight of our romantic escape. the bed was so comfy and we appreciated the little kitchenette for preparing snacks and drinks. the helpful staff made our stay even better, with their friendly and accommodating service. We also loved the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away.

There were a few aspects that let us down. the breakfast options were disappointing, with most of them being overly sweet.

Early check-in at 11am. Rooftop bar with live music. Fresh salad with light dressing. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and sunset views.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of options that were a step above most hotel breakfasts. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, within walking distance of everything. Additionally, the staff were all very nice and helpful.

The bar staff seemed understaffed on New Year's Eve, leading to long wait times and confusion about where to wait for service. the prices for parking and wifi were also considered high, and it would have been nice if they were included in the room price.

Our stay at Residence Inn exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by allowing an early check-in. We were able to enjoy the rooftop bar with live music, which was a perfect gathering place for our extended family. The food at the bar was delicious, especially the fresh and flavorful salad. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. If we return to Boise, we will definitely choose Residence Inn again.

Drawbacks: However, we did have some inconveniences during our stay. The lack of parking in the garage at late hours forced us to park in a dirt and gravel overflow lot, which was particularly difficult with children.

The 24/7 market came to our rescue when we needed refreshments and the outdoor areas were beautiful, perfect for warmer weather. The spacious room and comfortable beds ensured a pleasant stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel's close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops was a major plus, and we especially loved the rooftop deck and bistro where we could enjoy drinks and watch the sunset. The staff was also extremely accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and providing excellent service throughout our stay.
