The room was very nice and comfortable, with modern and attractive furnishings. It was also very clean, with plenty of space and good lighting. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, close to many shops and restaurants.

The suite's living room was very small, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were some minor issues such as hearing other guests in the hallway from the bedroom and a dishwasher that was stuck in a cycle and beeping.

Excellent breakfast selection with hot and cold dishes, tea and coffee options, pastries, and fruits. The facility looked new, clean, and spacious, and the elevator required a key scan for safety.

I didn't appreciate the fact that the stairs between floors were not accessible. Additionally, the cleaning staff was rude when we asked for extra towels and blankets, which soured our experience.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and well-appointed suite at this hotel. the furnishings were modern and attractive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillows provided for a customized sleep experience. Additionally, the spaciousness of the suite allowed for plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Although there weren't many faults to find, I did notice a couple of minor issues during my stay. the sound insulation in the rooms could use some improvement, as I was able to hear other guests in the hallway even when I was in my bedroom.

The only downside to our stay was the noise from an adjacent room that disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Despite requesting assistance from the front desk and being offered a noise machine, the thin walls and ceilings made it difficult to drown out the sound.
