I had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn! The check-in process was so pleasant and the two bedroom suite with a full kitchen was excellent. The breakfast staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the setting and food were enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants within walking distance and evening appetizers a few days a week. The pool and gym were well maintained. Another great Marriott!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The clean and updated rooms were perfect for our family of five. The comfortable beds and spacious layout made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities, including the pool and basketball court, provided plenty of entertainment for the kids. The free breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our day. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk who upgraded our room without any extra charge. The location was convenient, with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within walking distance. Plus, being close to Nashville allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy all the Christmas lights.

We stayed at Residence Inn for an overnight stop on our way back from Florida. The king bed and pull-out sofa were perfect for our family of five. The room was updated and calm. The pool was a nice size, and the kids loved the basketball court. The free breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

Amazing stay with everything we need: a full kitchen, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. the location was perfect, close to stores and restaurants. It was convenient to have a Whole Foods just 10 minutes away. the pool and jacuzzi were also a great feature, and we appreciated that they were warm. Plus, the hotel was accommodating when we had a wet carpet issue and quickly brought us a fan to dry it.

The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water for Marriott Rewards members. As a gold status member, I expected to receive bottled water at check-in and one per day.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, clean rooms, convenient location near the highway but not noisy, having a kitchen and pull out couch was great with kids, lots of dining options nearby.

Door lock issue, had to replace room cards multiple times. Inconvenience of having to go back to the front desk for new cards, especially when carrying bags.

The room was smaller than expected and the view from our window was disappointing, as we had a view of the roof of the entrance pavilion. It would have been nice to have a more scenic view.
