As a young family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five with young children. The hotel was secure and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff running it were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenience of having the brew restaurant connected to the hotel. this hotel provided us with a great experience and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

Slow check, in due to limited staff availability, resulting in a backup of guests during the Christmas season. Lack of security and trustworthiness, as personal belongings were left behind and replaced with counterfeit items, without any resolution or compensation.

My wife and I, along with three friends, stayed at Residence Inn for a recent trip to Boston. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us to a larger room and promptly bringing an extra towel. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we especially loved the soft pillows and cozy bed. The hotel's location was fantastic, with great food and pubs just across the street.

Great location for attending a wedding and exploring the city. Walking distance to the wedding venue and a brewery next door for an after party. Parking available for $5 per night. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the shower had hot water and great pressure. the breakfast had lots of choices and was good. Check-out was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Check-in was slow with only one person working the desk. More staff during special events would be helpful.

What an amazing experience! The suites are so spacious and comfortable. The loft area was a surprising touch. I loved the option of choosing between soft or firm mattresses. The hotel is well located, just a couple of blocks away from the convention center and the Yard Goats stadium. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast spread was decent.
