The pool had beautiful views at night, creating a romantic ambiance. the staff was incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. the rooms were pleasant and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was great, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.

The pillows were a bit too thick and firm for my liking, and the bed covers were quite thin, resulting in a cold night's sleep. It would have been better if they provided softer pillows and warmer blankets.

I liked that the hotel provided a safe in the room, so we didn't have to worry about our belongings disappearing. the burger at the Fonda restaurant was really tasty, and the bar had a good selection of drinks. Additionally, the hotel had a gym which was clean and had new equipment.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the noise. Our room was located next to the street, and it was too loud.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, well-maintained grounds, and a relaxing pool. For guests with children, there are restrictions in the restaurant but outdoor seating is available.

The hotel offered tasty room service options, reminiscent of homemade meals. Additionally, the presence of Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a convenient treat for those looking for a quick pick, me, up in the morning. the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the king pillowtop mattress were also notable.

This was especially inconvenient when we had young children with us. the pool water appeared dirty and there were maintenance issues, such as a broken shower head.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The value for money was great, and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel's location near the US border was convenient and made me feel safe. The staff treated me well and made sure I had everything I needed.

This is the BEST place to stay in San Luis. I've tried a couple of other hotels in the area and they were nightmares. Araiza San Luis R.C. is clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff is amazing, the rooms are awesome with ice cold AC. They have a pool, a buffet, and a bar on the lobby floor, plus plenty of parking. Will be coming here every time I'm in town.

The food is excellent, including room service and the buffet. The pool is refreshing and perfect for hot days. Security is friendly and reassuring. The comfortable rooms have a large, comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. There is a Starbucks in the lobby for convenient coffee.

During our stay, we found the front desk staff at Hotel Araiza San Luis to be incredibly helpful and efficient. They made our check-in process seamless and hassle-free. We also greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the gym, which was well-maintained with new equipment. Everything in the hotel, including the rooms, was modern and spotless. Additionally, the parking lot attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us when the lot was full.

One drawback was the pool area. Unfortunately, there was a pool party during our stay, which made it difficult for us to use the pool or enjoy the outdoor space.
