I loved the superior king room's attention to detail. from the mini fridge stocked with treats to the incredible breakfast featuring daily surprises. Its prime location near Basilica Santa Croce is a major plus. Can't wait to return!

Service can be lacking as the reception isn’t always staffed, leading to confusion during check-in. Additionally, noise from the nearby bar disrupted our sleep on multiple nights, which was quite bothersome.

this hotel is super chill! the rooms are spacious and decently decorated, i loved the complimentary drinks in the room. the staff was really helpful with tips for local eats and i digged the evening happy hour with prosecco and snacks! also, the location is perfect, just a short walk to everything major. loved the little garden area too, it’s a nice vibe after a long day.

but the breakfast could totally have more options and the bathroom could use hooks for towels, it was kinda awkward.
