My stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Downtown was exceptional! the room was well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and modern amenities. the breakfast selection was delicious, especially the cheese omelets and muffins.

Parking valet issues, delayed bar opening. No complaints.

My recent stay at the downtown Residence Inn was for leisure, and it lasted two nights. the room was immaculate and well, equipped , from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy king, size bed. the personalized TV message was a nice touch, and the breakfast selection was delicious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect for exploring nearby dining options, including a recommended pub next door. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms were amazingly well, appointed, with fully stocked kitchens and spotless appliances, making it easy to feel at home. Moreover, the location was superb, within walking distance to many restaurants and close to the arena, offering great convenience during my stay.

The pillows were too soft, and bed comfort varied among guests. Some noise disturbances from outside traffic and hallway chatter affected the quality of sleep.

Always return for city trips. Friendly staff recommended a great local taxi. Free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, and snack bar make my stay comfortable. Elevator, kitchen utensils, business center, express check-in/out, wheelchair access. No smoking. Perfect for me.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially for those attending events at the nearby arena. The rooms are new and clean, and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful, and there is even a pool available for guests to enjoy.

The noise from the cars outside and the hallway can be quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The facilities were well-maintained and the staff provided excellent customer service. the location was convenient for attending a nearby event and the lobby decorations added a nice touch to the occasion. It was also a nice surprise to receive a free gift in honor of the event. the breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The pillows in the room were quite thin and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. It would be great to have more comfortable pillows available for guests.
