During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and well-stocked guest rooms at the hotel. the kitchen in our unit had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it convenient for us to cook our own meals. the location of the hotel was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently located near major attractions and amenities. Additionally, the positive attitudes of the guest services and housekeeping staff were commendable and added to the overall positive experience.

We were disappointed with the worn-down condition of the property. the bathroom tile floor was filthy, and the carpeting throughout the hotel was stained and in need of replacement.

The unit at Thunderbird Resort Club was clean and well-maintained.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished with new carpet and furniture, giving a cozy and comfortable feel. I also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which was a great convenience during my stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to downtown and within walking distance to a museum, allowing me to explore new areas easily.

I stayed at Thunderbird Resort Club and had a wonderful time. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. The resort organized various events throughout the week, offering delicious food and a chance to meet new people. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location of the resort was perfect, with plenty of nearby parks and attractions to explore. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being conveniently close to all the Reno activities. Additionally, the room was nicely updated with a picturesque view of the central quad.
