I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Morgantown for a one-night visit. The location was perfect for my needs, being situated right across from the University of WV medical center and football stadium. The check-in process was easy, and the hotel staff ensured a clean and safe environment, with thorough sanitization and mask-wearing. I appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen in my suite, allowing me to prepare meals using the hotel's food shop or nearby Kroger. it was a comfortable and accommodating stay.

Fast and easy check-in. Extremely pleasant and compassionate staff. the room was huge and very clean, with clean dishes and a coffee pot. the bed was very comfortable. the pool area was clean and we had it to ourselves for about an hour, which was awesome. the man at the front desk was amazing and saved our trip when our rental broke down.

There were some administrative issues during check-in, with a long line and only one clerk available. Our first room wasn't cleaned, but we were quickly moved to a new one.

The location of the hotel, right across from the University of WV medical center and football stadium, was also a plus. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the spacious room layout, perfect for our family with separate sleeping areas and a mini apartment vibe. It was great for our daughter to work on her schoolwork while we attended appointments. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and we appreciated the thoughtful additions like dish soap, a toaster, and plenty of tissue boxes. The room setup felt very accommodating for families.

The pool was unfortunately closed for extended maintenance during our stay. We were disappointed as it was the main reason we chose the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic, being right across the street from the WVU medical center and football stadium. It made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was satisfying, with a good variety of options available.

One small issue that could be improved upon was the cleanliness of the cabinets in the room. It's important to maintain a high level of cleanliness, especially during these times.
