Charming stay with friendly staff and excellent breakfast options. Limited gathering spaces meant we spent a lot of time in our room. The shower was modern but could use more cleaning attention.

The room was small but comfortable, and we loved the included breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenient parking spots and the close proximity to restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Check-in was confusing, having to check-in at a different location. The room was small, with limited space for suitcases and a bathroom that had a rocking toilet and a leaking shower door.

The beds were a little too soft for my liking, but still comfortable enough. the bathroom in our room was upgraded, but it was quite small and lacked space to put our toiletries.

Despite the small size of the room, we quickly adjusted and found it to be quite homely. we highly recommend Bellevue House for a wonderful stay in Newport.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to everything in Newport. It was just a short walk to the pier area and near all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious, and we felt like family while dining. this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it.
