Parking fee seems excessive but the breakfast offerings and room quality were exceptional!

I loved the spacious suite with a full kitchen, which made dining a breeze. The staff, especially Marilyn from housekeeping, were super friendly and attentive. they truly made our stay special.

However, the check-out process became stressful when they kept insisting they couldn't find my pre-paid reservation. It took longer than expected to sort it out, which left a sour note at the end.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. There were unexpected incidental fees that left a sour taste, including multiple charges that seemed excessive for a hotel stay. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable, and the absence of room cleaning during our two-night stay was disappointing, as I had to request fresh towels myself.

absolutley disapointing stay! charged for parking, what a joke. and god forbid I ask for fresh towels, it took forever! I woudl ve been happy with a room upgrade, but no one even offered. And to top it off, the air in my bathroom was non-existent. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room was very spacious and had a useful kitchen. I was disappointed with the $27 daily parking fee. Also, the golf course nearby was a nice bonus. They really need to improve customer service for a better experience.

Overall, it had its good moments but also room for improvement.

Had a fantastic time here! ! The room was huge, a full kitchen set up that made our stay super convenient for all four of us! Plus, the breakfast spread was probably the biggest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Really added to our mornings!

Clean room with good views and friendly staff. Location is a big plus for getting to downtown quickly. The breakfast was standard but the coffee could be better. Parking was available, though a bit pricey!

Nothing I didn't like

The hotel was a great spot for our family getaway, with comfy beds and a nice outdoor pool the kids loved. Plus, the fitness center was helpful for my morning workouts, and having free WiFi made sharing our Nashville adventures easy.

My kids wished for better room cleaning services.

the lobby was nice and comfortable to relax in but our room was a bit worn with some stains on the couch. the breakfast was quick and had a good variety plus the location was great with easy access to the property.
