The neighborhood felt unsafe with too many homeless loitering around!!! The check-in area lacked luggage carts, making it cumbersome to unload. Rehabilitation of the pool seemed long overdue!!! Hotel cleanliness and air quality need significant attention!!!

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the comfortable room with a great view. The hotel was just a short walk from the historic old town, which made exploring easy. The indoor pool was a hit with our kids, providing a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The surrounding neighborhood felt a bit isolated at night.

Comfortable room, well-equipped gym, with a great view of the nearby church, and the location is just a short 15-minute walk from public transport options for easy exploration.

Totally satisfied

Our room on the 16th floor provided a stunning city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was attentive, making check-in smooth despite the circumstances outside.

Though there was a bit of discomfort with the labor strike nearby, that was beyond the hotel’s control. Also, the walk to the old quarter can be a challenge due to steep hills.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, especially the unique layout of my room and the decor throughout. I appreciated the spacious accommodations and delightful views. I had a minor issue with my key card, but the staff handled it promptly. I also liked the lobby's relaxed vibe, it was a great place to unwind. As an art historian, I found the local area rich with cultural references. I stayed from 2024-07-15.

Staff was incredibly helpful, especially the concierge who mapped out our walking tour. The coffee pods were always stocked, and the cold infused water felt refreshing after those hot days. Really clean and spacious room with a unique layout.

No complaints whatsoever.

Checked in and Charlotte, the front desk gal, was super nice. She upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary and it was on the 10th floor with a stunning view of the church. Valet parking was a lifesaver when it’s freezing out and Phillip, the valet guy, recommended two amazing restaurants where we ate like kings! Ciel! Those meals were something special.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.
