I always choose this place for my stay. Staff helped with my bags at first stay , great memory. Everything I need here: Wi, Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, 24, hour security. Back for city trip.

My stay was fantastic. the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms with a lovely kitchenette. The breakfast had diverse options, staff were accommodating, and parking was convenient. Cons: Utterly happy with everything.

Convenient parking and beautifully appointed common areas added to the overall experience.

Housekeeping inconsistencies were a letdown, with promises unfulfilled. Issues with cleanliness, like finding hair in the shower, and difficulties in obtaining fresh towels affected the stay negatively.

Traveling with my family, we initially planned for a one-night stay at this lovely hotel but extended to two nights once we experienced its charm. the spacious, clean, and comfortable studio room, inviting lobby and lounge, convenient parking, and inviting outdoor courtyard with a fire pit were highlights. the indoor pool was clean and the kitchen area in the room was a nice touch.

The front desk staff, especially David, were incredibly welcoming and generous. The lobby was brand new, the breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped with a functional kitchen. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to travel to Richmond and Charlottesville.

This hotel offers a great layout with beautiful decor in the common areas and hotel rooms. The fire pit area outside with ample seating is a wonderful addition. The rooms are quite large and feature a fully functional kitchen with full-size appliances. Guests can also enjoy a nice breakfast and a bar with drinks and lite fare.

Some guests have mentioned that the parking lot is small, which could be a slight inconvenience.

Our stay at Residence Inn was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze, and we were delighted to find plenty of outdoor space for our furry friend to roam around. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, close to highways, restaurants, and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The cherry on top was the provision of a hot breakfast, which was a great start to our day.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it would have been nice to have access to coffee or hot water in the lobby throughout the day. Additionally, having individual flavored creamers for the coffee station in the room or lobby would have been a nice touch.

As adults, we absolutely loved the range of activities available at this brand new hotel. From basketball to swimming in the pool, and even enjoying a cozy evening by the fire pit, there was never a dull moment.

Felt very secure and the staff was always ready to help with anything we needed.
