We loved the convenient location in downtown Tampa, just a short walk to Amalie Arena where we saw Lady Gaga. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. Plus, the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything downtown, including UT and restaurants. The staff was very courteous and gave helpful suggestions. It was easy to get to the riverwalk and all the major attractions. The room was clean and had a kitchen, which was a nice advantage for saving money. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the attendants were friendly.

The rooms were a little dated with some minor issues like torn leather on a chair and a slow drain in the shower.

The staff at Residence Inn Tampa Downtown were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was clean and up to date, with comfortable rooms and fast WiFi. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items, and the small gym had everything I needed for a quick workout. I had an excellent stay at the hotel.

I brought 18 students down for a presentation and college tours. The front desk recommended Roe Transportation, which was reasonable and personable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a basketball court to keep my students busy and the convenience to the highway was great. I also enjoyed being chosen as the guest of the day with compensated parking. Close to downtown and university for quick trips during the stay.

Loved the convenient location of the hotel, right next to the Kids museum and park. It was perfect for families with children. the staff were friendly and fantastic, always willing to help with any requests. Another advantage was having laundry facilities on site, which made it easy for us to take care of our laundry during our stay.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found garbage under the kitchen counter that had not been emptied and was overflowing.
