I recently stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament, and I must say I had a great experience. First of all, the staff, particularly Mr. Chandler, the director of guest services, was superb. He was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. Antonia, the engineer, Sonia, the bartender, and Missy. Not only were they helpful and friendly, but they truly stood out as exceptional staff members.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great, with one minor hiccup. The bed was a bit too stiff for my liking, causing some back pain and stiffness.

He personally reached out to us prior to arrival and handled a minor issue with the sink drainage promptly and efficiently. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access parking and a clean room with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the option to sleep in and still enjoy a good meal. Despite the hotel being busy, the noise was minimal and we were able to rest peacefully. we highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn, as the service, amenities, and convenient location made for a fantastic experience.

Clean rooms, easy check-in/out, well-maintained older property. Plenty of parking. Some noise from nearby sporting event, but quiet after 10 PM. Dylan provided excellent service and took care of all our needs. 10/10 would stay again.
