The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for those travelling through the airport. the shuttle service was excellent and punctual, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. There were areas that were dusty and not properly cleaned, even after requesting housekeeping.

Although the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, the overall ambiance of the room made up for it. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, although finding seating was sometimes a challenge. The hotel quickly rectified a billing mistake and even went above and beyond by shipping our forgotten jackets back to us. I had a pleasant experience at Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport and would consider staying here again.
