The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was just around the corner from the concert venue I was attending. The building itself was beautiful, with great views of the downtown area and the shops below. The room I stayed in felt more like a one-bedroom apartment than a hotel room, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were lovely as well. I appreciated the small touches like complimentary popcorn and the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly.
