I had a really comfortable stay at Residence Inn. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a fully functional kitchen that was convenient for quick meals. The location was great for exploring the nearby Polaris Mall. The staff was friendly and resolved any issues promptly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great outdoor area for grilling and sitting, which was perfect for enjoying the Christmas festivities. the room was very clean and the sitting area was spacious. the kitchenette was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed for cooking our holiday meals. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and shopping areas, making it easy for us to explore the city during our stay.

The hot tub was out of order and the pool was not heated, which was a disappointment for my daughter and her friends, as we had chosen the hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub amenities. However, the staff acknowledged the inconvenience and provided a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience.
