Staying in the heart of the city has never been so great. The location is within walking distance to all public transport, shops and restaurants. The rooms are impeccable with sparkling clean bathrooms. The service is warm and friendly and the breakfast spread is simply delicious. Have the chance to view the city skyline from high up? Take it! The open gym facilities are ideal.

Parking is not in the best location and could be more affordable.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a week and were pleased with everything. The prime location allowed us to easily walk to nearby dining options like "The Exchange." The indoor, heated pool was a great addition, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen and the stunning view from our 19th-floor room. The friendly and informative valet staff added to our positive experience. We will definitely book again.

I got a great value for my money at the Residence Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a surprising view. The location in downtown was perfect, and the staff treated us with kindness and provided helpful information.

The morning meal could have been better by offering more variety beyond just a loaf of bread and a bottle of water. Some options like juice, milk, or a breakfast sandwich would have made the breakfast more enjoyable.

Loved my weekend stay! The breakfast spread was awesome and the open gym was perfect for working off my indulgences. Best of all, the hotel is smack dab in the heart of the city, putting me within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. Plus, the view from my room on the 21st floor was incredible!

That my room was designed with an adjoining door to the neighboring unit, and unfortunately I had some obnoxious neighbors who kept me up with their noisy movie watching. While the extra amenities in my room were great, they may not be necessary for solo travelers who rely on takeout.
