The hotel offers all the creature comforts and thoughtful touches, such as luxurious toiletries, complimentary beverages, and yoga mats in the room. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding breakfasts, which featured delicious homemade dishes and locally sourced ingredients. The hosts, Emily and Court, were exceptional, making me feel welcome and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. This LGBTQ+ friendly retreat is a special gem that I highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, as it is close to the Volcanoes National Park and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the property, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a relaxing hot tub. The hosts provide excellent service, being attentive to guests' needs while also respecting their privacy. The homemade breakfasts are delicious and offer a variety of options, such as green smoothies, chickpea avocado toast, and fresh fruit.

And we can't forget to mention their adorable dog, Sushi, who added an extra touch of joy to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a unique and eco-friendly retreat on the Big Island.

Our best stay ever! Fantastic accommodation in a wonderful surrounding. Incredibly kind and helpful hosts who give great indications on places to visit. Delicious breakfast served anytime, with special options for vegetarians. Beautiful hot tub available anytime. Beds are amazingly comfortable, and rooms are well-equipped with a huge TV and cable channels. We cannot be more thankful to the hosts, they made our stay so much easier! We will definitely try to book our whole trip here next time.

Thanksgiving at this eco retreat was amazing! the secluded setting was perfect for a romantic getaway. the retreat’s well-kept grounds were surrounded by rainforests, adding to the beauty of this rental. We loved how they took care of everything from breakfast to recommendations of local restaurants. Extra bonus for serving vegan breakfast which was delicious. the shared hot tub was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. the small number of guests let us feel like we were almost alone; it was private and intimate.

Four private huts nestled in a beautifully landscaped oasis. Fresh, local breakfast with delicious coffee. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Serenaded by tree frogs and entertained by playful pheasants. Great location for exploring the island.

They even personalized the breakfast to my liking, excluding the papaya that I didn't enjoy. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. The location, although a bit of a drive from Volcano, offered a value that surpassed any other similar style of accommodation. In sum, my stay here was worth every minute of the drive.
