I recently stayed at Residence Inn and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Tuesday and another lovely lady whose name I can't remember, were incredibly kind and helpful. Their hospitality made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The standout was Tamara, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She made me feel like a friend, not just a guest, and even offered me a later check-out and a personal goodbye. The room layout was perfect for my needs, and the location was convenient with restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. With its affordable prices and attention to detail, we found it to be a great deal. The location is also a major plus, as it is situated across from the Town Center shopping area. This meant that we had easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants, making our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the rooms were perfect for our needs, as they were spacious and had kitchen facilities. This was especially important when traveling with a large family over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Furthermore, the breakfast provided at the hotel was exceptional. The variety of options, including eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, along with the usual fruit. We also appreciated that breakfast was served from 7-10, allowing us to start our days on a positive note.

From the warm welcome I received from Tuesday to the helpfulness of the entire team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Thirdly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated having a kitchen in my room, which made it easy for me to prepare meals during my stay. And finally, the inclusive breakfast was a great addition to the overall value of this hotel. It's always a bonus when breakfast is included in the rate, and I enjoyed starting my day with a delicious meal.

This hotel is great for families with a large number of kids. They were able to accommodate a family with 7 kids in a spacious and clean suite. The staff treated them like family and even provided a pullout and roll-away bed at no extra charge. The amenities in the room were excellent, including a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious, with eggs, waffle iron, biscuits and gravy, as well as the usual fruit, yogurt. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with a nice shopping center right behind it.
