They even offer a grocery service to stock your fridge and cabinets. Perfect for an extended stay. The rooms are well-designed, allowing for both work and entertainment. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient. The pool and hot tub stay open until midnight, and the courtyard is beautiful.

Didn’t dislike anything.

The hotel had great amenities including a BBQ grill and basketball court. The rooms were clean and well-kept. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and food on weekdays. The assistant manager, Brice, provided exceptional service and made our stay warm and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at the Residence Inn Keeneland, I was delighted to find that the pool was often empty, giving me plenty of opportunity to relax and swim. The breakfast offered was outstanding, and the convenient location made it easy for me to get in and out quickly. Additionally, the hotel was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable.

While the bathroom door and toilet seat were not in the best condition, it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided great service. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpfulness throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean, with attention to detail. Although some areas seemed a bit worn, the overall cleanliness and spotlessness were commendable. The breakfast provided a good variety of food and exceeded my expectations. It was nice to have different options to choose from, especially when traveling with kids.
