The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access right off the freeway, making it convenient to find. the lobby is tastefully decorated and very well-maintained, creating a pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the rooms are clean and come with modern amenities like a fridge and microwave, which were very handy during my stay. the bathroom was recently renovated and was very impressive with plenty of mirrors and good lighting.

Staff were welcoming and recommended local activities. the lobby had a modern, clean look with a handy food mart and bar. Our room had a fridge, microwave, renovated bathroom, and ample seating. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay.

The customer service experience was subpar. the new staff members appeared impolite and lacked knowledge about hotel policies.
