Great value for the cost, modern and clean rooms. Staff and location were fantastic.

The breakfast could benefit from more variety.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and the delicious breakfast buffet. the location near the river with a walking path was serene and relaxing. the staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

It was all perfect.

Staying for an extended period, I found my room at Hyatt House very enjoyable. the newness of the hotel was a great value. the River Room on the top floor offered delicious food and a lovely view. the comfortable bed, variety of breakfast options, and attentive staff added to my positive experience. Two convenient food options on-site were a bonus.

Hyatt House in Fort Myers was a fantastic escape for me and my lady friend from the hurricane. the staff was wonderful, and the hotel offered great comfort and cleanliness. We especially enjoyed the newness of the property, the comfortable bed, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of food options.

Pool too salty, averting a swim. No kitchen blender available.

This place is perfect for me. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a helpful staff. Remembered for finding my lost ring. Coming back for Christmas. No smoking, AC, airport shuttle, and fitness center make my stay stress-free and enjoyable.

The newly renovated area gives this hotel a modern feel, and the value for money is exceptional. the rooms are well-equipped and the staff is attentive and friendly. One standout feature is the breakfast - a cut above with a wide range of tasty options, unlike other budget hotels. the view of the Mississippi from the room adds a special touch to the stay. One improvement could be better noise control at night. All in all, this hotel offers great value, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel boasts an enviable riverside location allowing stunning views from certain rooms. The room itself is well-organized, comfortable, and has plenty of storage. The bathroom is spacious and offers great water pressure in the shower. The staff delivers excellent service and is always ready to help. Breakfast offers a good selection, especially the coffee. The hotel has nice facilities which include a 9th floor bar and a Starbucks on-site.

New facility, located by a river with great views on the riverside rooms. Good variety for breakfast and tasty coffee. Clean and equipped rooms with nice sized closets and drawers. Large fitness center and an upstairs bar with a beautiful riverside ambiance. Friendly staff who are quick to resolve any issues.

We loved the location right by the river with an amazing bike/walk path nearby. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The beds were super comfortable and the glass-enclosed shower was a nice touch. I did have a small mishap with check-in, but the staff was helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazingly well thought out room. Comfortable bed and furniture. Perfect storage for personal items. Kitchen island and sitting area made it feel like home. Roomy shower with great water pressure. Ninth floor bar with affordable and delicious food. Specialty cocktail paired perfectly with flatbread. Good breakfast with excellent choices.

During my Xmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and parking. the hotel was located in a central area, close to many popular attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel lacked information about local restaurants and delivery options. the gym facilities were subpar and the noise level was high in some areas of the hotel.
