The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's getaway. It was conveniently situated near restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provided a kitchen in the rooms, which was a great feature for preparing some of our own meals. The in-room coffee was also a nice touch, giving us a convenient caffeine boost in the mornings.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely enjoyable. The biggest issue we faced was the noise from the AC unit in our room.

The front desk, especially Jasmine, was awesome! She was professionally efficient, effective, and a problem solver. She went above and beyond to help me with a check-in issue and resolved it quickly. The grab-and-go breakfast was also really well done. The common areas and our room were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to dining, shopping, beautiful views, and it was conveniently located off the beltway. It was a breeze to get to DC or Virginia in 10 minutes or less. There were also nature walking/bike paths and a boat ride to the DC Wharf!

The perfect place for a romantic escape! the coziness of the room made us feel right at home, and we loved the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was great for us, with easy access to the main attractions of the city.

The noise level in the area can be disruptive at times, particularly late at night. though, a lovely stay!

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, with rooms that have a full kitchen and all necessary facilities. The location is great, as it is near everything to do and eat in a short walk, and perfect for events in the area. The breakfast is included and basic but very well presented.

I was very impressed with the amenities provided at Residence Inn. Our room had a tall refrigerator, in-room ice maker, and a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils. The large windows offered amazing views, and the dining table was perfect for our family of four. The room had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a large sink. The bathroom was spacious, with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel even had an iron and ironing board, which was a nice touch. I was extremely satisfied with the room and its amenities.
