i had a wonderful experience during my valentine's day stay in denver. the hotel staff went above and beyond, especially the concierge who surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates. every detail, from the lounge to the in-room service, truly made my stay memorable.

the club lounge was closed during my visit.

The service was excellent, from the helpful valet to Sarah in room service, who got my brekkie spot-on. The massage at the spa was a real highlight — Tracey knew her stuff, and I left feeling like a new person!

The only downside was the wait at check-out. it was a bit of a jol with just one person at the front desk. But, all in all, a lekker stay!

Staff made my anniversary special with thoughtful gifts.

Had a lovely stay, heaps of good vibes from the staff. The spa's experience was a bit rushed though, and not knowing about the lounge was a bummer. Still, comfy beds made it alright!

From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered. The staff's attention to detail elevated my stay, especially when they surprised me with a delicious welcome gift upon check-in. Room service breakfast was a delight, featuring warm, fluffy pancakes and perfectly brewed coffee. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully, with a heavenly bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings.

The staff was super attentive — my bags were whisked away before I could blink! My massage was a pure delight, leaving me as relaxed as a cat in a sunbeam. Plus, in-room amenities were genuinely useful and thoughtful.

But how does a fancy hotel run out of hot water? Honestly, it felt like I was in a cold shower competition, and I definitely didn’t sign up for that!

Attentive staff, comfortable amenities, where the room service was prompt and the laundry service was accommodating, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

No complaints whatsoever.

The location is ideal, with the State House and Convention Center just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars on 16th Street Mall, making it easy to find something to enjoy nearby.

The elevators tended to be slow during peak hours, causing minor wait times.

Had a boss stay! The spa experience was proper relaxing, especially the full body massage—Tracey was sound! Sadly, the room service was a bit slow, but the comfy beds made up for it!

Had some issues with the pool access, which felt limited, and the spa was in a sorry state—not what you'd expect from a luxury spot. I also noticed some noise disruptions from the city. not ideal if you're looking to relax. Room service lagged on a couple of orders and the upkeep of some common areas left a lot to be desired, reflecting a need for better maintenance overall.

Room service was on point!

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was decent 🛏️, but the best part was the room service—super fast and the breakfast hits the spot! The valets were super friendly too, but the elevators were kinda slow at times, which could be annoying. Still, had a solid experience overall!
