During our stay at the Residence Inn, we mistakenly reserved for the wrong night, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provided us with a spacious 2-room suite. The staff as a whole were friendly and understanding, making our stay enjoyable. It’s refreshing to receive such personal attention in a hotel chain. The exceptional service from the front desk staff, particularly Robert, made our experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has everything you need! it's incredibly close to stores and restaurants, making it a great location for anything you may need. Secondly, the rooms with king beds are incredibly comfortable! Lastly, the breakfast is really tasty and has a large variety of options.

The breakfast choices were great, with a variety of options including brie cheese, which was my favorite. the comfortable breakfast area was a nice place to enjoy the meal. Additionally, the suite was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, especially with the pillows provided.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the hotel was in a run-down condition, with holes in the carpet and a damp smell present.

The location was perfect, as it was really close to everything we needed - stores, restaurants, and even the beach.
