The beds were comfy and the customer service exceptional, making the stay delightful. Cons: Recommend this hotel.

Always come back to this spot for my stay. Found my lost wallet thanks to friendly staff. Has Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Golf course, Wheelchair access. Ideal for my city break trips.

The room size was adequate and the hotel appeared fresh and streamlined. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, and complimentary water, coffee, and tea were available. the location close to I-20 was convenient. the staff was courteous and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

Some rooms had a strong cigarette smoke odor, with noticeable air deodorizers. Check-in staff were unwelcoming and unengaged.

Avid met all expectations, from the convenient elevator access to the plush, comfortable beds. the breakfast spread was delightful with a variety of options. the location right off I-20 made travel easy, and the amenities were well-equipped for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the grab-and-go option was convenient. Despite a few drawbacks, like being able to hear neighboring rooms and the gap under the entrance door, overall I would recommend this hotel.

My Christmas stay was simply wonderful! the interior amenities/facilities were beautifully designed and easy to access. the rooms were modern, very clean and set up with big comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. I appreciated having hooks and hangers on the wall that replaced the closet, as I have forgotten several clothing items in closets over the years! the hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the key location was close to the venue we were attending. the disposable ice buckets were a novel approach and added a fun touch.

Some things left to be desired. the breakfast was not a traditional breakfast with limited food options, but that was not a big matter as we managed to find good breakfast options nearby.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear the conversations and TV from the neighboring rooms at times.
