Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few disappointing factors. The room had persistent cleanliness issues, including dusty surfaces and unclean furniture that made my stay less comfortable. Additionally, the lack of kitchen utensils in the room was frustrating, as I expected a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable, leaving me regretting my choice of accommodations.

Had a boss time here! The staff were dead sound, especially Nathan—he made us feel right at home. The breakfast was spot on too. Just a shame about the pillows. they weren't that comfy, like. Overall, a fab stay!

The spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens made my stay feel like home, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The mattress on the bathroom side of the King Studio could definitely use some rotation or replacement, as it was noticeably overused.

Had a cool stay, but the shower door didn't shut properly, which was a bit annoying. The breakfast was good, heaps of options! Staff were lovely, though!

This was just an appropriate option for a city break in Malvern with very good value for money. The bed was decent and I never ran out of hot water during my stay. Make sure to check if breakfast items are restocked if you go late.

The One-Bedroom Queen Suite had great amenities like a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The shower was accessible and the room was perfect for our family. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were nice, and the breakfast had a good variety too. Super clean rooms and friendly vibes!

Clean room, friendly staff, and a well-stocked kitchenette made my stay enjoyable, especially with the hotel's convenient location near a train station for easy access to nearby attractions.

The place was lovely and super clean! The rooms were spacious and had kitchen facilities, making it feel like home. Plus, the indoor pool and gym were definitely a bonus for some relaxation after our busy days!

But good luck getting extra towels without a quest! It felt like a treasure hunt trying to track down a staff member to help us!

The King Studio room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. I really liked the kitchen setup—full-size fridge and all the cooking stuff made it feel like home. The shower was nice, too, although I did hear some truck noises in the mornings. Definitely convenient to have restaurants nearby. Overall, a solid stay apart from some tiny distractions.
