I absolutely loved my stay in the two-bedroom suite! The kitchen was super convenient, and having a fireplace made it feel extra special. Breakfast was a delightful treat with so many options to choose from!

Friendly staff, huge rooms, dirty comforter

I loved the convenience of having numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The spacious room with a fully-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable and homey. The friendly staff always greeted us with smiles, making our experience even more pleasant.

The only downside was the outdated decor, which could use some refreshing.

The suite was very clean and the beds and furniture very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and soaps available. The kitchen was well-equipped. The fireplace added coziness to our stay. The breakfast staff was pleasant, cheerful and accommodating, as well as attentive to keeping the space clean and food replenished.

Spacious rooms and a solid breakfast, but housekeeping needs improvement. A helpful staff member saved the day for us! 🌟

The culinary gems in North Wales were a delight! I savored some amazing premium meats at local eateries that turned each meal into an event. Our spacious room was a nice haven, making it easy to relax after our adventures. Also, the breakfast staff kept things lively and helped us start our days on a high note!

The hotel has a convenient kitchen setup with full-sized refrigerators, which is great for extended stays. However, I encountered issues with housekeeping, as my room wasn’t cleaned regularly, and I had to wait for fresh towels. This place is suitable for families but could benefit from improved housekeeping services.

Breakfast featured locally caught fish alongside a nice variety of hot and cold options, making the mornings enjoyable. The spacious king studio with a sofa bed provided ample comfort and quiet, ensuring a restful environment. However, the carpet felt worn and had some frayed edges that needed attention, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which disrupted the peace. Friendly and attentive staff, especially during the check-out process, made a notable difference despite some minor issues in the room.

the staff was super friendly and did their best, even tho they had a lot against them. the room was pretty big, and i loved having a kitchen to cook some meals. location is nice too, close to some shops and food. also, shoutout to the new manager who took the time to chat with me about my stay. they seem like they're tryin to turn things around here!

but honestly, the housekeeping was non-existent during my stay, and the breakfast was a letdown like old cereal that's been sittin out.
