I stayed at Sonesta for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed. The pack and carry breakfast made my mornings hassle-free, and the location was perfect with easy access to stores, a nature preserve, and parks. The staff, including Ken and Nia, were welcoming and made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I'll definitely be coming back for another stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and quiet. The TV reception and picture quality were excellent. The hotel staff, especially Zac, who checked me in, were incredibly caring and professional. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was right down the street from many attractions, including Koka Booth. The breakfast provided by the hotel was varied and catered to everyone's tastes. the staff were friendly and polite, making my stay extremely enjoyable.

The hotel room layout was cool. Kitchen had plates, bowls, silverware & appliances. TV in bedroom and living room. Full size bottles of soap, conditioner, shampoo in bathroom. Clean & centrally located.

Everything was fantastic.

The Sonesta offered great amenities like a dog-friendly area and fully equipped rooms for cooking meals. The staff, including Natalie, Julie, Christopher, and Ken, went above and beyond in their helpfulness. The breakfast room had a good selection and the pancake machine was a hit.

Felt at home and the staff took care of everything without any trouble.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly, polite and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Ken who made our stay exceptional. The breakfast offerings could be improved, but they're adequate. With pet accommodations and full kitchen facilities, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

All was good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with nearby walking/running trails and easy access to the highway.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the rooms seemed outdated and could use some renovations.

The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances made me feel at home. The staff was very accommodating when I needed a late check-out. I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta.

The location was perfect with so many things close by, making it convenient to walk our dog in the back of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with plenty of charging ports for all our electronic needs. The breakfast room was clean, mostly well stocked, and the atmosphere was very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing.

All was satisfactory.

The two, bedroom, two, bathroom suites were spacious and perfect for our needs. the hotel was conveniently located in a good area, close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, having a full kitchen in the room was a huge plus for us, as we needed to accommodate special dietary needs.

Cockroaches in the room were a major disappointment. Instead of giving us a new room or offering a discount, they just sprayed chemicals, which made the room smell bad for the rest of our stay.

The 1 bedroom suite was perfect. The staff fixed the shower quickly. The rooms and facilities were clean. Good location. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby.

The hotel had a great location near some good stores and was very close to the amphitheater. The breakfast options were satisfying despite being microwavable packaged items, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the suite were impressive, and the facilities provided everything needed, including a full kitchen.
