Appreciated the peaceful and serene environment, perfect for getting work done.

The cocktails at the hotel bar could use some improvement. During my stay, there was ongoing renovation work that caused noise disturbance throughout the day.

I was a returning visitor to Casa De Palmas and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The hotel has a charming and historic Spanish feel that I absolutely loved. The staff, especially Israel, provided excellent service and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with the AC set perfectly to my liking. The hotel's parking garage added to my sense of security. There were plenty of nearby places to eat, including the hotel restaurant with its delicious bourbon pecan pie. The only small downside was that the alcohol beverages could use some improvement, but that didn't overshadow my overall exceptional experience at Casa De Palmas, Trademark. I highly recommend this hotel for its history, charm, and warm hospitality.

On the downside, the elevators were a bit outdated and in need of repair. They had scratched metal trim and wood, and a strange smell.

The musty smell in the hallway and the damp carpet detracted from the experience, even though the room service attendant was amazing.
