I recently stayed at Residence Inn and I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the suites. The kitchen/living room combo attached to the bedroom/bathroom combo was perfect for my needs. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, and they even provided extra pillows as requested. The tunnel access to the Mayo Clinic was a great perk. I had a comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The staff, particularly Steven and Anna, were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast offered a good variety, with real scrambled eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic.

Not suitable for people with additional needs, staff did not follow through on promises, difficulties with an ADA accessible room, understaffed front desk, lack of discounts for inconvenience, poor service and accommodations for the price. Will not return.

We loved the convenient subway connection to the Mayo Clinic/Gonda Building, perfect for our medical visit. The breakfast was good, and the surprise "social hour" in the early evening with fresh fruit, veggies, dip, and wine was a great addition. The service from everyone, including the friendly room cleaner, was excellent. The front desk staff, Raymond and Stephen, were helpful and fun to interact with.

The location of this hotel is the best you can find in relation to Mayo Clinic. It is easily accessible to the subway system and just a short two-block walk away from the clinic buildings and area restaurants. The convenience for walking to and from the Mayo, Gonda, and other facilities on the Mayo campus is fantastic. The room was larger than most and had full amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The kitchenette was a nice addition and would be handy for longer stays. The staff were friendly and provided efficient service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was pretty good, although it did become somewhat repetitive.
