As a budget traveler, I loved the convenient location and easy access to downtown and the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel valued and safe during these uncertain times. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a good quality and a variety of food options. The breakfast area had enough capacity, and I never had trouble finding a seat. The small market in the lobby was a convenient feature for grabbing food and other items.

This hotel is a gem! The location is perfect, with a variety of restaurants nearby and close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and offer a beautiful view, with a kitchen and an amazing comfortable king size bed. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Chary and Marshall at the front desk. Breakfast is a highlight, with a nice selection of tasty options to fuel up for the day.

The breakfast at Residence Inn was a great way to start the day. The scrambled eggs were delicious, and there were plenty of options for everyone in the family. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to my work and with easy access to ski slopes and ski rentals nearby.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a leak in my room and a mix-up with the room assignment, the front desk was quick to resolve the issues. The only other drawbacks included the lack of a shower door, which caused the bathroom floor to get wet, and some peeling furniture in the room.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, as housekeeping did not come by during our entire stay and there were cleanliness issues. the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and the heating system was noisy and uncomfortable as well.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for my family when we travel. It is within a reasonable distance to where I was working and the views of the gorgeous mountains are breathtaking. The rooms are very roomy with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable fold-out sofa. The staff was super nice and always greeted us with a smile.
