The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the fish market and outdoor cafes in the Old Port district. The convenience of having tour buses available nearby was a big plus. It made it so much easier to see the sights without having to worry about driving or navigating the one-way streets of the city. The vendor stands in the side streets near the port area were a great convenience. It was so convenient to be able to find snacks and other items within walking distance of the hotel.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, despite the hotel's promise that it would be by a certain time. It was frustrating to have to wait for so long until we could finally settle into our room.

The hotel is located right in the center of the bustling old port, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the L'Occitane bath products provide a Provençal touch. Additionally, the staff is courteous and helpful, providing recommendations for places to eat and sights to see.

The hotel is difficult to reach by car due to ongoing construction in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking views from our duplex suite on the fifth floor. The port, boats, and sunset were all in sight, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The location of the hotel was also ideal for exploring the harbor area. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the mouth-watering croissants and beeswax honey. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting us with opening a bottle of wine when we forgot the cork. we had a luxurious and enjoyable stay at this elegant and well-served property.

Being located right in front of the harbor made this place the perfect choice for my stay. The hotel’s amazing location in the old port area allowed me to enjoy a fantastic view from my room. The outstanding service was impressive with everything from room service to the bell staff/porter making my stay enjoyable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and well-stocked with essential items like toiletries. The free in-room Wi-Fi was a convenient plus, and the soundproofed rooms let me sleep peacefully while minimizing outside noise. Although I did not take advantage of it, the hotel offers exciting packages such as tours!

My stay here was beyond impressive, aided by the friendly and helpful staff - especially the management. The leisure facilities like the jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, while the coffee shop and bar/lounge area provided lovely places to unwind.

The stunning view from our room was the highlight of our stay. The room was tastefully designed and had a comfy bed which ensured we had a peaceful sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary water and Nespresso in the room. The location was perfect as we could explore the harbor area with ease. One more plus point was the efficient staff who were always ready to assist us.

We didn't find any negative aspects during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The location was perfect, right on the Old Port and just outside of the metro station. It was very convenient for exploring the city and visiting all the main sites. The room was great, very close to good restaurants and the bustling port, yet surprisingly quiet. The bathroom was excellent, with all the necessary amenities and good quality supplies. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were very friendly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. I had a memorable experience thanks to the amazing service and prime location of this hotel.

The staff, although courteous, were not that helpful. However, there was one staff member named Oliver who was on the night shift and he was lovely and extremely helpful.

The location was perfect, right in front of the vieux port and metro station. The room had a fantastic view of the port and every detail in the room had a very artistic and French feel to it. The breakfast was good, especially the atmosphere and the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The capsule coffee in the room was spectacular. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet when the window was closed. The wifi worked well.
