The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located right across the road from the Marketplace shopping area, making it really easy to access a variety of shops and restaurants. I loved being able to stroll over to the shopping plaza and have everything I needed right there. Plus, the hotel is in a great spot for exploring the Bay Area, with easy access to the freeway and only a 40-minute drive to San Francisco. The convenient location was definitely a highlight of my stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and the staff did a good job of cleaning every day. I also enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of food to choose from.

The cleaning staff came late in the evenings and sometimes we were still in the room. Also, the towels at the pool were always out and we had to ask for them every time.

The room was like a small apartment, with a kitchen, living room, sleeping area, and large bathroom. Lots of space. the hotel offers grocery shopping services, which is convenient for extended stays. the location is great, with lots of dining options nearby and a Starbucks across the street.

There was a concerning incident where the guest experienced an unexpected visit from unknown men, causing discomfort and a feeling of being unsafe. the front desk did not handle the situation well initially, and it required the intervention of the guest's husband to resolve the issue.
